Coach Shonda intentionally took a step back from events this year to focus on family, personal growth, and several exciting things being prepared for F3 Women Empowerment in mid 2027. But every now and then, the right opportunity comes along, and this was one she wanted to say yes to.
Coach Shonda has been invited to speak at the 4th Annual She Heels Her, She Heels the World Women’s Conference, hosted by Kanya “Coach Kay” Ford, MS. This year’s theme is “Give Her a Voice.” The conference is centered on creating space for women to heal, grow, reconnect with their strength, and use the voices they may have spent years silencing. Women will come together for transparent conversations, powerful speakers, sisterhood, resources, connection, and meaningful discussions surrounding healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
